maybe of use for dell comps

i have,since buying a dell dimension 9200 in april been having constant freezing problems (10 in 3 hours)so i contacted dell and they gave me fix for this .if this sorts my prob then i owe vista a big apology as i slagged it off for causing me grief. the fix is very easy to do ,it seems there,s a prob with the phillips rom. i hope this helps a few peeps.just contact dell for help.
