Thread: graphic adapter

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit). When I am playing games that came on my computer (Free Cell, Mahjong,...) occassionally my screen will go black for a few seconds and then comes right back on. Then I get a balloon message saying that my graphic adapter has stopped working and has recovered. I have the latest update for NVIDIA. That it what was reccommended for me to do through "Problem Reports and Solutions". I have checked through NVIDIA.com for any updates that I should need. I have it all. What is wrong and how can I fix it?
