I've got Cable with Rogers Communications
I Googled "bandwidth test", and the first result tells me I have a connection which runs at "1.3 megabits per second". Considering I'm behind a router, that doesn't seem bad.

1 meg im cheap and being in the UK were our adsl is poor its as fast as they will le me go as im to far from an exchange

Dude know the feeling. Im in the UK, live where shhep can run faster than broadband.
But, BT just introduced a 1.5mbps broadband service last year in my area
