Win one of three copies of Windows 7 Home Premium!



To celebrate the launch of our new site design, new domain name, and the forthcoming release of Windows 7 next month, we are pleased to announce our new competition!



We have three copies of Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade to give away, plus some extra software thanks to Island Dog (and the wonderful Stardock of course!), to three lucky people.







To Enter:



To be in with the chance of winning a copy, simply post a reply in this thread, and you'll be entered into the draw. Easy as that.



Prizes:



Three people will be selected at random, and prizes are as follows:



1st Prize: One copy of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade (retail DVD), and a one year subscription to Stardock's fantastic Object Desktop.

2nd Prize: One copy of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade (retail DVD), and a copy of WindowBlinds 7 (if it's not out by the end of the competition, you'll get WindowsBlinds 6 with a free upgrade to v7).

3rd Prize: One copy of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade (retail DVD), and a copy of DeskScapes.



Competition Length:



The competition is open from Wednesday the 2nd of September, 2009, until Thursday the 8th of October, 2009, at 6pm GMT.



Requirements:

1. All entrants will be required to have 15 posts (at the time of the competition end). Entries by members with under 15 posts won't be counted. Spamming to get to 15 posts is also not permitted.
   
2. As this is an upgrade copy of Windows 7, you will need a valid and legitimate Windows Vista licence to use it. Please make sure you have this before entering the competition.

Rules / Terms of Entry:

1. The competition is open worldwide. Entrants must be 15 years of age or older, and have a valid thewinforums.com forum account. Identification must be produced on request.
   
2. Employees and staff of iEntry Inc, its contest sponsors (The Win Forums, and Stardock Corporation), advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible to enter.
   
3. iEntry Inc retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. The winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
   
4. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that iEntry Inc may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
   
5. This competition is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
   
6. iEntry Inc reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
   
7. Stardock Corporation reserves the right to withdraw their prizes from this contest at any time without prior notice.
   
8. Approximate value of prizes vary.
   
9. One entry per person - multiple posts in this thread by the same member will be counted as a single entry.
   
10. IP addresses will be checked, and duplicate entries from separate accounts using the same IP address will result in disqualification.
