Wheres the character map? I dunnos.

You have to choose to install it from the disc. I think they stopped including it by default after win 98
This is not a signature, it only looks that way because it's placed after all my posts.

The possibility is either of the following:
1. Probably your character map exists but the shortcut got deleted by mistake. In that case just use the run command and type CHARMAP.EXE and hit enter.
2. Maybe the version of XP you are using does not have the Character Map in order to save space (i mean in a cracked versions of the OS). In this case you may prefer getting a legal version of the OS which is recommended.

Character map is a optional windows component. It likely was never installed or the shortcut was deleted. If present it will be charmap.exe in the system32 folder.
